Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using S2FreeTools (the "Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. Your continued use of the Site following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Use of Our Tools
All tools on S2FreeTools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use any tool output — converted files, generated code, formatted text, compressed images, QR codes, and any other results — for any lawful purpose, including commercial projects. You retain full ownership of your inputs and outputs. However, you may not: (a) use our tools to create illegal content, malware, phishing materials, or any content that violates applicable laws; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Site through automated scripts, bots, or denial-of-service attacks; (c) resell, redistribute, or white-label our tools as your own service without explicit written permission.
Intellectual Property
The S2FreeTools name, logo, website design, original code, tool algorithms, UI components, and all original written content (including blog posts, tool descriptions, and documentation) are the exclusive intellectual property of S2FreeTools, protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. This license does not grant you the right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent. Third-party trademarks that appear in tool outputs belong to their respective owners.
User Conduct & Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the files you upload, the content you generate, and how you use our tools. By uploading any file, you represent that you have the legal right to do so and that the content does not infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to block access to any user who violates these terms, abuses the Site, or engages in behavior that harms our infrastructure or other users. While we do not actively monitor user content, we may take action if we become aware of violations.
Limitation of Liability
S2FreeTools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Site's availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, S2FreeTools, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service — which is zero.
Account & Termination
Creating an account is optional and only required for accessing certain features (like saving preferences across devices). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us — we will remove your associated data within 7 business days.

Can I use tool outputs commercially?
Yes. Any file, code, image, or text you generate using our tools belongs entirely to you. Use them in client projects, products, marketing materials — whatever you need. No attribution required (though we always appreciate a shoutout!).
What happens if a tool produces incorrect output?
Our tools are tested extensively, but errors can happen. Always verify critical outputs before relying on them. For financial calculations, legal documents, or similar high-stakes uses, consult a qualified professional. We are not responsible for decisions based on tool results.
Do you have a refund policy?
All our tools are 100% free — there's nothing to refund. No paid tiers, no hidden charges, no "accidental" subscriptions. If we ever introduce paid features in the future, a separate refund policy will apply to those specifically.
Can my account be banned for heavy usage?
We don't impose artificial usage limits, but we do monitor for abuse. Automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or using our tools to generate spam content will result in a ban. Normal heavy usage — like batch-converting dozens of PDFs — is perfectly fine.
